Do I Need An Appointment?

Kitchen Cabinet Outlet’s designers are always ready to assist you, no appointment needed. Our 9,000 square foot kitchen and bath showrooms each have over 20 kitchens on display, as well as over 100 bath vanity displays. However, if you are looking to sit down and design a kitchen with one of our experienced designers, we do recommend you make an appointment with them ahead of time.

Do You Charge For Kitchen Design?

No, we do not. Stop by either store, with your rough dimensions, and one of our designers will be happy to assist you in creating your dream kitchen, free of charge.

Do You Measure?

Yes, we do. After you place a 50% deposit, we will verify your measurements in your home before the order is placed. This service is free of charge.

Do You Deliver?

Yes, we do. We deliver using our own trucks to most parts of Connecticut for a fee of $250.

What Is Your Return Policy?

In stock items may be returned with a 25% restocking charge, as long as they have not been taken out of their original carton. Custom items and cabinetry are made to order and may not be returned.

What Type Of Payment Forms Do You Take?

We take all major credit cards, checks, and cash. We require a 50% deposit at time of order, and the balance on pick up or delivery.
